- For IBM: led numerous cross-functional teams across a wide array of business units in large-scale change efforts yielding significant bottom-line results; design and conduct global, ‘think tank’ forums involving political, business and educational world leaders to forecast trends, identify issues, social responsibilities, and business opportunities.
- For GE: As core GE Work-Out team member, helped implement numerous Work-Outs across multiple, GE businesses, including Aircraft Engines, Medical Systems, Transportation, and GE/Navair partnership.
- For Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group: Led a selling-resources realignment/optimization change initiative to drive profitability; project components included: key account manager role redefinition and standardization, and non-value-added work elimination.
